ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
Provides administrative support such as inputting and tracking orders, executing initiatives decided by management, creating and maintaining store distros in Excel, and writing directives.Assist in development of signs for new marketing campaigns including creative direction, distro creation, project management, shipping, and tracking.Pull inspiration and create mockups for new signsWork with the Digital team to advertise and support chain-wide promotions with email and SMS.Set up promotions in our POS systemCommunicate promotional details to office and field and provide clear execution expectations.Pull execution photos and ensure standards are met.Pull weekly promo code usage reports and register roundup campaign reporting.Reorder marketing collateral as needed to support the needs of new and existing stores.Fulfill store sign/collateral requests in a timely manner. Research and track missing items.Assists department with purchase orders and payment processing as well as logging and reconciling expenses.Draft in-store commercial messaging and work with the vendor to ensure the messages are recorded and programmed for the correct store groups. Troubleshoot related issues.Create web ads to mirror current promotions and ensure the promotions are represented on mall center websites.Manage the exterior marketing for stores including flags, balloon clusters, curb signs, lawn signs, and external banners.Maintain library of general grassroots marketing collateral i.e. flyers, discount cards, and tear pads updated bi-annually.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES-

JOB REQUIREMENTS-
Must possess strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.Impeccable attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.Problem solving skills. Solution oriented.Flexibility to frequent changes and ability to react quickly.Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and work with outside vendors, field staff, and other departments cross-functionally on projects to success.Must display a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy.Strong written and oral communication.Strong design skills preferably in Photoshop and Canva.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE-
1-2 years in marketing or related field.BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldProficient in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Highly proficient in Excel and basic understanding of financial formulas.Basic to advanced proficiency of Adobe Photoshop and Canva.Retail experience preferred, but not required.$25-$30/HOURLY
