Retail and eCommerce Director
**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Major Responsibilities/Activities: + Plan, formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies of the Retail Products to meet corporate and division objectives and mission. + Provide sales and marketing team with the leadership and direction needed to achieve sales, margin and market share goals. + Set future direction for new products & business opportunities. Continuously seek new growth opportunities through line extensions, in-licensing, co-promotion etc. + Lead the preparation of annual marketing and sales plans and present to Senior Management and headquarter. Prepare and participate in Plan / Update Reviews and Affiliate Strategic Planning Process. + Develop and implement short term and long term pricing strategies, sales conditions & tender prices. + Develop and maintain rapport with KOLs in the market place to identify trends, competitor activities and un-tapped business opportunities. Monitor competitive market situations. + Closely monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure that resources are spent in line with business plan commitment. + Focus on customer satisfaction and commitment to quality & compliance. + Assure availability and proper use of salesforce management systems e.g. Sales Incentive Plan. + Foster a working environment to attract, retain talents and maintain a strong sales and marketing team. + Develop, motivate and challenge staff so as to achieve top performance. Identify HIPO staff, support employees in writing & implementing growth plans. Develop & maintain succession plan and address future staffing issues in a proactive manner. **REQUIREMENTS:** + **Industry experience** **s** : Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, FMCG industry experience is preferred + **Position experiences:** 10 plus years of experience in sales or marketing 5 plus years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles Budget owner Strategic business plan developer + **Language Skills** **:** Fluent English and Mandarin speaker + **Computer Skills:** Proficient usage of Microsoft Office Software + **Mobili** **ty:** Be willing to frequent business travel + **Other Special requirement:** Result driven; Set high standards and be proactive in making things happen; Strong strategic thinking Good cross function cooperation Sounded people management skill Proven track record in sales & marketing capabilities Strong leadership and proficient people management skills An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
