Responsibilities Our Retail Associates are excited to provide our guests with the highest quality customer service while selling and suggesting products based on their personal wants and needs. We are known for our high-end retail outlets that highlight the Canyon Ranch experience. That’s where you come in! You’ll need to be able to describe yourself as a self-starter with a positive attitude and a real sense of ownership and teamwork. Throughout a typical day you can expect to take payment on all retail products sold while adhering to our cash handling policies and procedures and also assist with maintaining a clean and well-stocked retail area to include inventory counts. Qualifications You will need to have a High School diploma or equivalent. You will also need a minimum of 2 years’ Retail Sales experience in a high-end retail outlet or any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. You will also need to have a minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience with basic computer skills. It's preferred that you have a minimum ability to type at 30 w.p.m. To be successful, you will need have excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive and/or confrontational situations. You will need to be able to develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff members, have strong judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. You will also need strong organizational and computer skills, and attention to detail.
