Retail Associate
Responsibilities:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the sale of merchandise, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.

Duties and Responsibilities :

* Greet customers and create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere

* Assist customers in selecting merchandise and provide product information, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our cashless point-of-sale system.

* Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is organized and adequately stocked.

* Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols to ensure the safety of merchandise.

* Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including regular tidying and restocking of merchandise.

* Provide customer feedback to your manager

* Stay up to date with new products/services Qualifications

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage and connect with customers.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.

* Basic math skills for sales transactions.

* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise, as needed.

* Strong communication with management on stock replenishment avoiding inventory stockout.
