Your ImpactBrand Image & Customer Experience
Model the UA service culture and customer expectations. When assisting athletes communicate brand messages in a polite and proactive manner. Evaluate guests' needs to offer personalized and efficient solutions for purchases and returns, while providing support.Retail Operations
Complete the operational and cash processes (manual or system) in line with training. Manage in-store visual merchandising display and floor-set changes while maintaining sales floor, fitting room and stockroom standard. Collaborate with team members to provide an excellent guest experience, assist with store operations and achieve store goals. UA Teammate Profile Minimum 1+ year of retail experience, ideally with leading sportswear brands or fast fashion brands. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Love for sports and Under Armour as a brand. Enjoys working in a dynamic team culture. Experienced candidates will be considered for more senior position*
