Primary Duties + Sales and Quality: Foster a culture focused on achieving revenue growth and quality standards. + Performance Management: Set expectations, assess results, and coach for improvement. + Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including service delivery, staff administration, and facility maintenance. + Teamwork and Collaboration: Promote shared values, participate in projects, and collaborate with other business lines. + Customer Service: Assist with customer needs, investigate complaints, and ensure a positive experience. + Reporting and Analytics: Use analytics to monitor results and improve operational efficiencies. + Community Engagement: Develop business relationships and coordinate promotional events. Minimum Qualifications + Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. + Experience: 3-4 years of business experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. + Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based programs. + Certifications: + Notary Public designation within 6 months. + Membership and Travel Insurance License within 6 months. + Certified Travel Agent (CTA) designation within 2 years. + Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) designation preferred within 5 years. + Knowledge: Familiarity with DMV laws is preferred. + Compliance: Must meet state requirements for Tag and Title processing.
