About the Role
As a Sales Attendant at Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our guests by delivering personalized service. You will assist in promoting and selling our luxury retail items, ensuring that guests leave with high-quality products that complement their stay.

What You Will Do

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.Assist guests with product selection and provide knowledgeable advice on luxury items, including fashion, jewelry, and wellness products.Maintain store displays and ensure products are attractively showcased.Handle transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in payments and balancing registers.Keep up-to-date with new product arrivals, trends, and special promotions.Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist with inventory management.Provide exceptional after-sales service, addressing any guest inquiries or issues.Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in a luxury environment.Passion for fashion, jewelry, and retail with an eye for detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to guest needs.Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills.

Schedule & Hours
