This position develops and provides reporting from incentive applications, under direct supervision. **Primary Responsibilities** + Assists in conducting analysis required to recommend plan design changes and to help with sales performance + Aids in developing models to determine incentive plan payouts + Interacts with various levels of management concerning incentive plan design and payouts and sales performance + May work as a liaison with technology/vendors and end users to address user issues + Audits and validates results between the systems of record and end results as needed + Responsible for ad hoc analysis as requested + Utilizes existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems + Receives instruction, guidance, and direction from more senior level roles This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree + OR High School Diploma/GED and four (4) years of incentive or closely related experience **Preferences** + Banking experience + Experience with Systems, Applications, & Products in Data Processing (SAP) Commissions software + Database reporting with tools such as Crystal Reports and Structured Query Language (SQL) Reporting **Skills and Competencies** + Able to learn software/business intelligence tools + Basic analytical skills + Good verbal and written communication skills + Must be detail oriented, with the ability to multitask + Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills **Additional Job Description** + This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. **Position Type** Full time **Compensation Details** Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
