Retail Business Analysis Supervisor 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

Retail first tier business operation support, through contract production; Payment and shipment tracking; Improve the stocking process and assist in efficient business risk management. Regularly conduct statistical analysis and random visits to stores on the incoming, sales, and inventory data of customers under the jurisdiction of NKA and regional sales, and provide early warning and monitoring of channel risks Support national key account managers in marketaccess and Bayer Pharmaceuticals' relevant measures for national group chain pharmacies Organize internal and external meetings to coordinate administrative affairs within the sales department

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Bachelor's degree or above from the unified admission system, with at least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and priority given to experience in first tier foreign-funded enterprises Proficient in verbal and written communication, with a certain level of English reading and writing ability, able to write daily work emails in English Highly sensitive to data, able to identify opportunities and problems through data organization and analysis, and propose solutions Strong customer serviceawareness and team spirit Good analytical and problem-solving skills, results oriented and able to withstand work pressure and business trips Experience in business and retail customer management is preferred, regardless of gender
