The Retail and Private Banking department is looking for an energetic, creative and delivery-oriented business manager (Chief of Staff)  to support the Head of Retail and Private Banking and his Management Team.

Roles and responsibilities

Our Business Manager:

Acts as a partner and sounding board to the MTAssists in and drives large and complex projects, initiating improvement and remediation activitiesProvide support and coordinate with stakeholders in the Retail and Private Bank transformationPro-actively recommends and implements improvementsPrepares communications and presentations for various key stakeholders and therefore has excellent powerpoint and excel skillsPrepares, minutes and facilitates MT meetings and employee gatheringsEnsures representation, compliancy to and protection against non-financial risks
