Compensation

Competitive base pay starting at $20.00/hr

Job Duties

Learn functionalities of Retail Buyer & Merchandiser while gaining a real world understanding of product assortment, pricing & promotion strategies.

Contribute to key projects: Work on real-world projects, making impactful contributions to the businessAssist in Strategic Initiatives: Learn, develop, and implement ideas based off Blain's PillarsEngage in cross-functional teams: Collaborate with different functions to understand how cross functional support contributes to the overall success of the businessSupport Daily Operations: Assist the team with day-to-day task to gain insight on the departments processPresent Your Findings: Deliver a presentation of your project and research to key stakeholdersReceive mentor and coaching: Work closely with your mentor receiving feedback and guidance to help you navigate your career pathParticipate in hands-on workshops: Led by industry experts, gain valuable insights and skills to equip you for success in the professional world
Qualifications

Currently enrolled as an incoming Junior or Senior at an accredited college or universityMinimum GPA of 2.5 or higherValid driver’s license requiredStrong communication, writing & time management skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
