Reporting to the Group Sales Manager - Softlines, a Clothing Processing Outfitter is responsible for accurately and effectively stocking merchandise to the sales floor and excess quantities in the stock room. This position supports back-room and clothing standards and takes ownership of the sales floor presentation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferredAbility to evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations based on needsAbility to provide superior customer service and exceed customer’s expectationsAbility to use good judgment and logicExperience in a related field or outdoor lifestyleKnowledge of Cabela’s specific products is an assetESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Receives and prepares merchandise for entry into retail or warehouse stockAccurately stocks merchandise to the sales floor in the proper home locations following fill proceduresPerform replenishment tasks across departments including filling, folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, hanging, and locating itemsProvide legendary customer service every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by identifying and evaluating customers’ needs, and making product recommendations based off of this analysisPromote Cabela’s programs, including Voice of the Customer (VOC) and In-Store Pick-UpAssure visual presentation standards are met by up-keep and maintenance including, but not limited to, in-store signage, merchandise recovering/front facing, restocking, re-merchandising, dusting, and vacuuming sales floor as neededDemonstrate a passion for the outdoors by maintaining knowledge of trends and emerging technologies that relate to the outdoor lifestyleAssist in other areas of the store when business needs dictate
