• Using data from the customer feedback tool to inform and educate the retail store team on the experiences of customers at each touchpoint.
• Providing customer insights & feedback around strengths, opportunities and following up on improvement action plans.
• Supporting IKEA events such as customer workshops, co-worker engagement activities and community outreach.
• Integrating customer insight and feedback into key decision-making processes.

The hourly pay range for this position is $19.19 - $27.29
