Join us as a Retail Customer Service Representative in our location in Apopka, FL facility.
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with Pentair Pool distribution/dealer(s) to help expand channels involved in servicing consumer pools. This role is crucial in maintaining a close relationship with distributors various retail channels to establish stock strategy around whole goods, parts, kits, and upgrade components to improve the frontline experience. The individual will be expected to support various sales channels: storefront, online, and direct delivery.

The anticipated hourly pay for this role is: $25.00 hr. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but not limited to the following:
Provide internal and external customers with exceptional customer service by:
Manage specific customers through communication via regular check-ins and customer specific reporting
Build loyalty via support, driving execution, product recommendations, and distinguishing needs
Create effective stock strategies for various regions
Work with cross function team members to improve customer experience
Record VOC regarding production rates, quality control, product packaging/shipping, and safety performance in Salesforce
Suggestion self-service opportunities to reduce turnaround time
Understand product timelines, shipping requirements, and installation stages
Assist with product representation online and/or in-store
Understand and follow Pentair policies and procedures
Ability to establish product suggestions to meet regional market
Serve as a SME for replacement parts/kits
Increase E-Commerce sales via engagement
Track performance of E-commerce customer purchasing behavior
Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 year retail experience
Effective communication with writing and proofreading skills
Quality Decision making
Collaborates across multiple departments
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate or bachelor’s degree. Work related experience in a relevant or similar industry to pool equipment, pool construction
Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Power BI will be considered a plus
Position hours/shifts:
Hybrid
1st shift: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Fri
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Able to communicate effectively in the English language. Bilingual- Fluency in Spanish preferred
