What You'll Contribute

The Specialist, Retail Deposit will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, requests, and issues related to deposit accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience and timely resolution.
 

What You'll Do

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls and emails regarding retail deposit accounts.Provide accurate and detailed information about account features, interest rates, transaction history, and other relevant banking services.Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.Update customer records and account information accurately and promptly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system or other relevant databases.Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell additional banking products and services based on customer needs and preferences.Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data security and privacy regulations.

What you have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance standards, and customer data privacy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, banking software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude when dealing with customers and colleagues.

Preferred education, skills, and experience.

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.0-1 years of experience in a retail banking call center or customer service environment, preferably in a retail deposits servicing role.
