Retail Distribution Center Maintenance

 We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supervising and performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and equipment history
- Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing repairs, and carpentry work
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Basic welding skills are preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $32.00 per hour
