Summary
The Warehouse Lead assists the Warehouse Director directing the daily activities of the warehouse. Including Employees supervision and proper utilization of space, equipment, and manpower. Provides leadership, direction and monitors the targets accomplishments.
Responsible for The Maintenance Lead is responsible for supporting all maintenance aspects of the Colton DC including the following: electric plumbing, carpentry, buildings and grounds, welding, fabrication shop, housekeeping, OSHA compliance, safety, PRMs, power tools, HVAC and new project assigned based on the DC needs.
Accountable forThe Maintenance Lead is accountable and maintains accountability for the safe, efficient and Lean Operation of the facility and equipment. Support operations with all their maintenance needs and respond quick and efficiently on all emergencies.

Primary Job Functions

1. Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage
2. Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly
3. Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems
4. Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
5. Fabrication, welding, electrical, plumbing,
6. Understanindg recylcing principals
7. Operate various PIV sitdown center ryder

Job Qualifications
Education:
· High School, Diploma or equivalent, Required Certification preferable
Experience:
· Several years of hands-on experience in building maintenance and repair across various trades
Licenses or Certifications
· CA DL

1. This positions requires to tavel 25% of the time to drive between facilities or locations as a requirment of the job.
