WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Operations
Act as a liaison between the corporate and store teams, communicate effectively to share best practicesAchieve store and district sales goals and drive sales through targeted and measured activities Monitor sales and motivate team to hit forecasted goals Analyze and manage all areas of store operations including payroll and operational expensesDrive the business forward and ensure consistency in operations throughout your districtMaintain detailed understanding of your stores’ day-to-day operations while ensuring they are aligned with the big-picture goals for the Retail divisionMaintain a travel and expense budget in accordance with company policies and proceduresTravel and coordinate transportation to visit stores on a regular basis Responsible for supervising multiple stores, possibly across multiple statesMerchandise and maintain company standards of all product on the floorMonitor and control shipment and inventory, including transfers and markdowns Direct and coordinate proper placement of items on sales floor and of back stock once received Review and track sale records and reports to project salesPeople/Talent Management
Manage your team by guiding, directing, and motivating them Develop your team by recognizing talented staff and developing them for growth within the company Maintain regular one-on-one meetings with Store Managers and lead weekly district meetingsElevate and empower your Store Managers and store teams by being a support system and resource of knowledge and best practiceConduct annual performance reviews and address any ongoing performance issues. Partner with HR on employee relations issues, terminations, etcResponsible for Store Manager hiring and training and supervision of all in-store hiring conducted by the Store ManagerTrack store payroll budget, timecards, and scheduling, adjust schedule according to needs of the business Uphold and hold team accountable for company policies, procedures, and corporate directivesFacilitate team meetings when needed Strive to create an environment that embraces and values team building and developmentBrand
Build product-knowledge driven sales culture, sharing your knowledge of our industry, eco-initiatives, and high-quality product to Store Team and CustomersCreate an environment that values and represents the Liberated brand in a positive and inspiring mannerResolve customer service issues and maintain a high-quality guest experienceRepresent brands with actions and knowledge of productsCultivate a fun, organized, efficient work environment and lead by examplePerform other duties as assignedWHAT YOU’LL NEED:
5+ years’ experience in Retail Store Management with proven results Multi-store management experience preferred, but not requiredBachelor’s Degree preferred but not requiredExperience hiring, recruiting, and training of retail teams requiredVisual merchandising experience preferredInterpersonal, customer service, reporting and basic math skillsBe an effective team playerStrong people management skills Strong leadership skills Strong ethical behaviorStrong computer and POS system experience Strong sales knowledge and trainingJOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to travel domestically on a regular basisFlexible schedule; ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidaysMust be located within the District he/she supports and be able to conduct regular store visitsExcellent communication with customers, store team, and corporate (in-person, phone, and email)Communicate in a professional manner and provide direction/coaching to teamAbility to review and analyze reports, and be able to communicate findings effectivelyExcellent Problem solving and critical thinking/comprehensionAbility to transport and position a minimum of 10 lbs Ability to constantly move within the store and backroomAbility to stand (or remain in a stationary position) for long periods of timeLIBERATED PERKS:
