Job DescriptionOptimize customer experience and product discovery on partner e-commerce platforms.Monitor daily sales performance across vendors, taking regular actions to improve conversion and resolve issues.Track and manage customer experience KPIs, identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.Identify and implement solutions to optimize and automate e-commerce content creation and management processes.Manage and optimize the store locator and product detail pages (PDPs).Ensure the effective and accurate syndication of product information and content to partners.Utilize data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel & Power BI) to extract actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.Research and propose optimizations (including A/B testing) to improve performance on partner platforms.Collaborate closely with Shopper teams (local and global), Media Agencies, and the Commercial team to align strategies and ensure effective execution.

QualificationsProven professional experience of 3 years in similar e-commerce roles.Strong data analysis skills and experience using tools such as Microsoft Excel & Power BI to extract insights and make informed decisions.Essential knowledge and experience with e-commerce/CMS platforms (e.g., Syndigo, Salsify) and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.Deep understanding of the digital multi-channel customer journey and e-commerce best practices.Excellent strategic communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to different levels within the organization.Fluent communication skills in English (both written & verbal)
