Are you passionate about Sales and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our team as a Retail Execution Coordinator Junior. You’ll be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of retail strategies and initiatives at the point of sale. This position is critical for driving brand visibility, optimizing product placement, and ensuring compliance with commercial plans, all of which contribute to maximizing sales and improving the shopper experience.
This remote role is located in Cali. Travel required on a demand basis (punctual field visits, specific ad-hoc projects).

Strengthen execution guidelines: Based on our Picture of Success guaranteeing. Guide merchandisers for execution. Execution of Strategy: Execute the correct portfolio in each of our regions and clients taking into account constructive variables and behavior of our consumers. Control the flow and physical location strategy, ensuring price, implementation according to size and respecting the location of our innovations Customer Focus: Guide our consumers with the correct placement of POP material, giving relevance to our product and increasing the visibility of our brands and commercial and promotional plans.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field. Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT) Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation skills, highly competitive, tenacious, and self-motivated) Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
