The Role
We are hiring a Retail Experience Coordinator to join our growing project management team. The Retail Experience Project Coordinator will support the Retail Experience Project Managers in the day-to-day activity to ensure success with installing retail displays in partnership with our key dealer partners nationwide.
You Will:
This role will support the Retail Experience Manager and Retail Experience Project Managers throughout the US as we continue to build out our physical presence with our key dealer partners.
Supporting the Retail Experience Manager and Retail Experience Project Managers through:
Managing spreadsheets that pertain to cost and time (MER’s, Global MER’s, investment tracking maintenance)Ensuring Data Entry is accurate and up to date for Capex BudgetManaging a variety of executed jobs as the main point of contact for what and where displays have been executedBuilding and maintaining a library of worksKeeping the Performance Scorecard updatedSupporting the in-store experience through:
Managing the relationship with our digital support team ensuring any errors with digital screens are remediedResponsible for maintaining stock levels of digital componentsSupporting the repair and maintenance work through:
Receiving and processing repairs and maintenance requests from field team/project managers and organizing with external display partners for these requests to be fixedEnsuring that new requests meet F&P Build GuidelinesManaging annual R&M budget through capturing/recording worksWorking within our internal format to capture all requestsYou Have:
2+ years’ experience and skill in project coordination – a specific link to Trade/Exhibition display projects would be beneficialIntermediate level of skill in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointExceptional planning, attention to detail, communication (oral and written), document management, and relationship-building skillsDesign experience preferred but not requiredOur Benefits at a Glance

This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer.
