What will you do in this job?Responsible for providing courteous, knowledgeable guest service to gift shop clients. Ensure gift shop
opening and closing procedures are followed in a timely manner. Perform all aspects of sales transactions
Responsible for opening and closing gift shop and completing all shift paperworkProvide sales and guest service to gift shop clientsPerform cash handling and accounting procedures to include verification and reconciliation of shift bankPerform sales transactions using Company systemsResponsible for inventory control and restocking, including maintaining a list of restocking needsClean and organize gift shop and restroomPerform other duties as assigned What skills and experience do you need for this job? Excellent communication, in guest service, and telephone etiquette skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor; ability to work effectively and cooperatively
with all levels of management and staff, affiliated-company employees, and outside business associatesMust be a self-starter capable of managing competing priorities and multiple taskPhysical ability to lift and move up to 50 poundsMust be able to perform frequent standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well
