Where you’ll be working
The first three months of the programme you’ll spend in branch, which can be anywhere in the UK, to give you a foundation of understanding of our customers. You’ll then move on to complete a strategic customer focussed project to help you hone your problem-solving skills to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
The final three rotations are based in Milton Keynes and our current expectation is at least 3 days in an office every week. You’ll get to work across different areas of the business so you can gain insight into how the whole bank functions from a retail perspective, choosing the placements that suit your interests and skills.
What we’re looking for in you
A Bachelor's degree in any discipline, as well as 112 UCAS points (top 3 A Level grades or equivalent excluding General Studies and Extended Project)
A graduate with a passion for finance, an appetite for growth, and an eagerness to make a difference.
The ability to adapt, learn and settle in quickly.
