Purpose at Ashley 

The Housekeeping role will primarily be maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse environment. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing various areas of the warehouse, ensuring that furniture and case-good items are properly stored and maintained and assisting with recycle tasks as needed. You'll work closely with other departments to uphold high standards of cleanliness and orderliness while adhering to safety protocols.

What You’ll Do

· Maintain cleanliness of assigned facilities areas, including bathrooms, offices, breakrooms, decks, and entryways

· Empty garbage and recycling containers, and sort them into appropriate receptacles

· Inform the Supervisor of inventory requirements and ensure adequate levels of supplies are in stock for a work assignment

· Inform the supervisor of repairs needed to equipment and facilities and any safety concerns

· Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.

What You Bring 

· Legally Authorized to work in the US.

· Age 18 years or older.

· Regularly lift objects over 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

· Ability to transport loads of 40 bs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

· Maintain reliable attendance.
