Summary: 
The Business Segment Sales Support Manager is responsible for the coordination and management of sales process within a business segment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for refining processes, focused on consistent sales leadership behaviors. Works with segment leaders on sales process strategy and business focuses. Coordinates best practices and drives consistency across the business segment. Manages and coordinates analysis around strategy related to delivery channels and sales positions efficiencies. Defines and measure metrics around most efficient sales activities per job family and delivery channel. Drives effectiveness of sales tools and processes with input around needed functionality. Identifies training opportunities and partners with Performance Development to build solutions. Works with product groups to identify and address gaps in product sets and pricing opportunities. Coordinates focus of sales contests/campaigns. Works with business segments and support groups on development and execution of contests/campaigns. May assist in the coordination and development of incentive plans. As a liaison between the business segment and the incentive plan administration team, ensures effective implementation and communication of new plans.Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's DegreeAt least 5 years in a business support role (sales & service) working on sales strategy deliverables, projects, and content.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong, executive level communication skillsExperience using Microsoft tools
