Responsibilities

The Retail Sales Program Coordinator will support the Retail Sales Program Manager in executing the lead generation strategy and managing the day-to-day activities of the Retail Sales Associates (SSAs) across multiple retail store locations. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to coaching sales associates and driving performance.

 

Assist in the recruitment, training, and scheduling of Retail Sales Associates (SSAs) to achieve lead generation goals.Monitor and track SSA performance to ensure daily and weekly goals are met.Provide ongoing coaching and support to SSAs in the field, helping them improve sales techniques and customer engagement.Help coordinate weekly SSA meetings to provide updates, training, and motivation.Develop and implement lead contests and incentive programs to drive engagement and productivity.Spend 50-60% of time in the field, visiting retail locations, supporting SSAs, and maintaining relationships with retail store management.Assist in planning and executing store events and promotions, ensuring alignment with store management.Provide performance updates to the Retail Sales Program Manager and assist in adjusting strategies as needed.Ensure all company policies, procedures, and performance expectations are met. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales leadership role, preferably in retail, home services, or lead generation.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to support the retail program.Experience with coaching, training, or managing teams is a plus.Comfortable spending time on the retail floor, engaging with store employees, and motivating sales associates.Why You’ll Love This RoleGrowth opportunity within a fast-paced, high-performing sales environment.Supportive leadership team with hands-on training and mentorship.A company culture that values teamwork, performance, and employee success.
