What You'll Do motivate, coach, mentor and develop managers and frontline (hourly-paid);oversee cash handing processes, and POS programming and maintenance;ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed;maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards (national and in-house brands); andmaintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place. What You Bring 3 – 5 years restaurant management experience in National Branded Food concepts (ie: Starbucks, Qdoba, Einstein Bagels, etc), or background in large restaurant or other food concepts;have a work history in Food Retail management demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization;possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service;demonstrate working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs.
