Sodexo is currently seeking a Retail Manager 2 for the LYale New Haven Hospital Systems St. Josephs Campus (1,541 beds) in New Haven, CT.  The Retail Manager 2 will manage all aspects of both front and back of the house retail operations including menu/recipe adherence, inventory, staff training and development. This position will work collaboratively and support a team of 30-40 Sodexo frontline associates. This role will be responsible for Sodexo retail standards, cash controls and FMS. 

 

What You'll Do utilize Sodexo operational standards and solutions to ensure consistency, efficiency and quality in the delivery of catering offering to the client;own and drive the operational excellence of the catering department and communicates a clear sense of strategy and purpose;develop and execute catering initiatives to drive sales growth and achieve catering revenue forecasts;clearly set roles and expectations for the team;monitor team performance and provide regular coaching/feedback;reward and recognize employees;anticipate client needs and provide subject matter expertise;ensure compliance with all HAACP standards and safety policies in all culinary operations; and/ordevelop and execute catering initiatives to drive sales growth and achieve catering revenue forecasts What We Offer
