Sodexo is seeking an experienced strategic leader as the Retail Food Service Manager at St Mary's Hospital in Richmond Heights, MO. The selected candidate will manage and direct all food retail locations throughout the hospital and will assist with catering. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background working in a hospital setting.

What You'll Do manage all retail operations including catering for the hospital;motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors; interact with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to ensure customer satisfaction; oversee cash handing processes and POS programming and maintenance;maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place and/or;coordinate department safety and sanitation.
