Grady Hospital is the public hospital for the city of Atlanta. It is the fifth-largest public hospital in the United States and one of the busiest Level I Trauma Centers in the country. The **Retail Manager** will oversee 2 retail locations, including a Chic-fil-A and dining hall. This position will support 32 frontline associates and be responsible for assisting in managing projects; including an upcoming cafeteria and Chic-fil-A remodel. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being. **What You'll Do** + have oversight of day-to-day operations. + successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff. + deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations. + achieve company and client financial targets and goals. + develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management) + develop strategic plans. + ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance. + ensure Sodexo standards are met. **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
