Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Retail Manager 2 for Grady Hospital located in Atlanta, GA. Grady Hospital is the public hospital for the city of Atlanta. It is the fifth-largest public hospital in the United States and one of the busiest Level I Trauma Centers in the country. 

 

The Retail Manager will oversee 2 retail locations, including a Chic-fil-A and dining hall.  This position will support 32 frontline associates and be responsible for assisting in managing projects; including an upcoming cafeteria and Chic-fil-A remodel.

What You'll Do have oversight of day-to-day operations.successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff.deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations.achieve company and client financial targets and goals. develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management)develop strategic plans.ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance.ensure Sodexo standards are met.  What We Offer
