The Retail 3 Manager for this unionized Northern NJ University will have the responsibility to oversee several retail operations on campus. The best-qualified candidate for this role will have managed over 2 million in annual sales, and have good financial, team-building, and program compliance skills. Prior retail experience is important!
What You'll Do Ensures a zero-harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.Directs the daily operations of food quality and customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts, ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies, and resources.Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.Maintains client satisfaction with food quality & customer service.Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery.Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers, supervisors & managers. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
