This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, located in Owatonna, MN Job Overview: In this position you will be responsible to oversee the administration of the retail sales area, including staffing, training, compliance, and coordinating all activities to ensure the highest quality customer service is provided in a professional and efficient manner. Qualifications for this Opportunity: + High School diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. + 8 to 10 years in work experience in banking, and/or retail sales management area + Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a supervisor + 3+ years of related experience in a financial services industry preferred + Deliver an exceptional customer service experience. + Problem solving skills to find effective solutions. + Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
