Responsibilities Canyon Ranch owns and operates a beautiful fashion and lifestyle boutique in the heart of the Lenox Canyon property. Canyon Ranch retail is a fun, fast-paced environment dedicated to providing engaging customer service to every guest who walks through our doors. The store manager can expect to be immersed in high-end, luxury merchandise encompassing brands like Lululemon, Vuori, Kinross Cashmere, and diamond jewelry. We are seeking a motivating, inspiring, and talented retail store manager to run our boutique! The Retail Store Manager is responsible for providing 5 star customer service to all Canyon Ranch guests and leading our store teams to success. The store manager will be responsible for sales revenue, profitability, customer service, visual strategies, operations, and inventory management for the Lenox retail store. The Store Manager supervises and motivates the retail store colleagues. They will drive store sales and exceed guest service expectations through coaching and providing effective feedback to their store associates. This role will also be the logistical liaison for the art gallery collection in Lenox. The store manager will report to the Senior Director of Retail, based off site. Qualifications You will need to have a High School diploma or equivalent. You will also need a 3-5 years previous experience. Valid Driver's License To be successful, you will need have excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive and/or confrontational situations. You will need to be able to develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff members, have strong judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. You will also need strong organizational and computer skills, and attention to detail.
