Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 – $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Collaborate with unit and client management to create and implement tailored retail strategies that align with business goals Plan and manage merchandise selection, purchasing, and inventory, incorporating market trends to maximize sales and revenue Oversee daily retail operations, including game-day activities, financial reporting, and performance monitoring Lead visual merchandising efforts, ensuring engaging displays and optimal customer experiences across all retail locations Recruit, train, and develop retail team members to deliver operational excellence and support revenue growth Operate a Motor vehicle when necessary More about you Bachelors degree in business, retail management, or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, including at least 3 years in store operations and merchandising techniques; experience with licensed product buying preferred Proven expertise in financial accountability, including profit and loss oversight, inventory management, and merchandising planning Strong background in retail marketing, brand management, and cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Point of Sales systems is a plus Must have a valid dirvers license Shift details
