Retail Marketing Coordinator – EU
We are looking for a passionate, highly collaborative individual to join our growing retail organization. Following an expansion across Europe in the last 12 months, we are looking for the right candidate to help optimize our current activity and bring new ideas to the table for future campaigns and strategic activations.
You’ll support the marketing of 10 e-commerce stores across Europe, as well as physical retail locations and wholesale partners. Our European retail marketing team works across a full range of marketing channels to drive brand awareness, consideration, orders and loyalty. Working with cross-functional teams, you will support and assist with all aspects of bringing our marketing activities to life to support our overall goals.
Your day-to-day work will involve
Supporting on projects and campaigns throughout the briefing & creation process to launch campaign assets in market.Independently carry out regular reporting & data analysis on campaign results & effectiveness, using Google Analytics and native platform insights .Maintain awareness of competitor activity and market trends, carrying out research & gathering insights when required.Execute email campaigns and associated performance analytics, recommending and implementing improvements where necessary.Assist with social media scheduling and collaborate with colleagues to create content for each channel (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Linkedin, etc)Support partnerships and influencer activations, providing creative recommendations and proactively seek out new partnership opportunities and brand ambassadors.Review, question & analyze data from Google Analytics, Tableau & Power BICommercially minded and data driven to contribute to the growth of the companySupport wholesale marketing asset requests to ensure brand standards are maintained with partnersCollaborate with the E-Commerce and digital teams to continually develop new content, SEO performance, customer experience and conversion rates.Collaborate with colleagues on the European and global teams to support facilitation of campaign deliverables.Maintain the regional campaign and promotional calendar.Sound like you? You might just be who we’re looking for if you have:
A Batchelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications or English, or CIM qualifications
Working knowledge of marketing platforms including Sprinklr, Email CMS, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Affiliate advertising networks & Meta Advertising
Experience of marketing to, or working in multiple European markets, including France, German, Benelux and Scandinavia.
Experience of working with content creators & influencers
Understanding & experience of working with HTML coded emails
Strong copy writing skills to produce engaging content
Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
An eye for details & strong proof-reading skills.
Curious and questioning – not afraid to ask why or what something means, especially when analyzing data to tell a meaningful story.
Competency of managing multiple tasks and projects.
The ability to be self-motivated and a proactive problem solver.
A personal interest in design, architecture or a related area is a plus
Desirable – German, French or other western European language skills.
