Retail Marketing Executive

Job Summary
The role involves managing in-store marketing materials, including their design, deployment, and maintenance, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and company policies. It requires collaboration with frontliners, suppliers, and agencies to execute growth-driving campaigns through strong, relevant, and visually appealing stores and point of sale touchpoints.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in creating plans for in-store marketing materials that are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and key campaigns. Work with cross-functional partners (team members, category management, Creatives, frontlines) to develop strategies that improve customer engagement through retail merchandising. Manage and deploy in-store marketing materials, including signage and displays, in collaboration with frontliners and agencies. Ensure timely delivery and maintain inventory levels of marketing materials, coordinating with suppliers as needed. Conduct audits to ensure marketing materials comply with brand standards and company policies. Analyze in-store campaign performance, provide feedback for improvement, and prepare reports for senior management. Train frontliners on proper installation and maintenance of marketing materials. Manage the budget for in-store marketing activities. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
