Retail Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, the Retail Marketing Manager is responsible for working collaboratively across the organization to develop and implement national accounts retail segment focused brand marketing plans and an overall customer activation platform that achieves top-line and bottom-line growth objectives along with market share, brand awareness and target segment penetration for the CertainTeed and Saint-Gobain brands.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join the team in a role that requires a strong understanding of retail marketing and the ability to navigate organizational complexity and drive consensus around shared plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the retail marketing strategy, managing end-to-end customer journeys, and activating omni-channel marketing initiatives that support our retail partners. They will work in close partnership with the centralized retail marketing and channels team and individual business units – with the goal of driving marketing plans that build brand growth across all national retail customers and achieve product marketing goals.

The Retail Marketing Manager will be a key liaison to ensure strength in integrated marketing activation, business alignment, strong activation, and effective measurement and reporting of marketing support for the retail channel.
