The Retail Marketing team is well established, diverse team, passionate about all things Sports and Vegas, always striving to win together. We work in a fast paced environment, so adaptability and excellence in all areas of our remit are at the core of what we do. We work closely with a wide range of departments and teams including UK Marketing, Retail Support Centre, Retail Operations, Brand & Creative and Product & Technology to name a few. Whilst we are driven by a core purpose of delivering the best customer experience on the High St, and contributing to the commercial performance of the Retail business.
This role requires weekend working - you'll need to commute to Leeds at least twice a week.
This role is crucial for the day-to-day tactical delivery of the commercial proposition for our Sports and Vegas products across all Retail touchpoints. For this, you will become an expert on the Bonus tools and Content Management Systems used. The role ensures that we deliver on our campaign, colleague and product promises, ensuring a smooth, seamless customer experience.

What you will be doing:
Delivering round the clock content and betting journey on our terminals, with the aim of maximising revenue and supporting the commercial strategy Building a content plan for notices, top screen and other access points with a clear view on the Sporting calendar Building Sports offers and promotional pages for our betting shop and racecourse customers Checking peers' content work Providing support and creating key relationships with multiple stakeholders across Trading, Marketing, CRM, Commercial and Product & Technology teams Having a good understanding of Online activities for when commercial activity can be aligned - Continuous improvement is vital and as we grow our businessYou'll also work 50% weekends each month covering 9-5pm.
