Manage a team of product marketing managers (each own a category of product segments) to improve/achieve product line TGS,GM, EBIT target for PT china professional tool product line:
Develop and manage channel/customer product sell-in, sell through and sellout promotion policy cross traditional trade, multiple, and online channels.Work with other marketing teams on overall branding campaign, product launch communication plans, and key eventsManage sales forecast and product entry/exit to feed supply chain planning needs. Coordinate with demand planner to ensure stock availabilityBeing the expert understanding local competition’s marketing activities, key competitive product offers, and able to develop China specific product road map input to global development plan.Responsible for ideation of central and country promotional activitiesExercise price management to ensure proper product positioning, gross margin, and retail pricing system职位要求· Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in Sales & Marketing, Business Management and Mechanical Engineering.
· 5 years above experience in marketing, experienced in brand management, High affinity and know-how regarding channel marketing/sales processes & price management, experience with both offline/online channel a plus
· Positive leadership style that can handle complex cross functional coordination and handle high pressure being the core department of country sales office
· Very high level of customer, result orientation and future-oriented thinking
· Excellent analytical & communication skills
· Good English skills (written/oral), preferably CET6 or above
