Retail Media Network Program Manager - Hybrid in Charlotte, NC

One of our clients is looking for a Customer Experience (Retail Media Network) Program Manager to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The client is looking to double their business in the next several years through making their customers lives a little easier every day by delivering differentiated, delightful customer experiences. Technology leadership and customer technology capability will be critical to achieving this goal. A key focus area is to innovate the Customer Journey and deliver on the clients digital channel offerings. This is a newly created role within the team that will be responsible for bringing the clients Retail Media Network to life through technology and digital capabilities. Responsibilities
Key resource in the overall success of the retail media network and supporting components, aligning to the business objectives.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement robust retail media strategies, preferably with experience working on CPG & Convenience Consumer Goods brands
Proficiency with key retail media platforms, technologies, and trends including programmatic advertising, data management platforms (DMPs), and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
Trusted advisor for the Director, Digital Channels and other functional stakeholders on supporting the delivery of product and strategy.
Works with the technology teams to align on expectations with business stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Technical Owners, Product Lead and Application teams to define the product backlog and feature priority
Coordinates multiple teams (agile and waterfall) to manage all activities leading up to and including the release the defined product(s)
Removes Product Level Blockers (e.g. dependency between teams)
Ability to leverage KPIs, data, metrics, and apply learnings in real time
Robust learning agility, with the demonstrated flexibility, grit and ownership to learn new platforms and skills as the needs of the business continue to grow
Deep understanding of ad tech across various channels, including DSP, Paid Search, Onsite & Offsite Retail Media, etc.
Positive, entrepreneurial spirit with excellent multitasking skills and the ability to deliver under tight timelines and adapt quickly to change
Ability to build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Ability to travel in North America and Eastern Europe as needed
