This is an 8-month contract role covering parental leave. No relocation assistance is offered for this position. Core Responsibilities + Gather and consolidate data from regional and local teams to create a comprehensive and clear picture of retail media spend and strategic choices. This involves understanding the nuances of each region’s data and ensuring accurate representation in the consolidated report. + Identify key strategies employed across different regions and markets to share these strategies across the teams. This involves facilitating communication between regions and markets, organizing strategy sharing sessions, and creating a repository of successful strategies for future reference. + Provide strategic direction and training to smaller markets where it’s beneficial. This involves understanding the unique challenges of these markets, developing tailored support plans, and working closely with local teams to ensure successful execution. + Lead the team’s work to balance our paid and organic search to provide a framework for data sharing and strategy recommendations that ensures our retail media paid search investment is closely connected to our organic search performance. + In collaboration with the GMA Google search team, help with the extraction of performance data from retail media platforms and partners. + Provide analysis and insights from the integrated view of paid search to support the retail media search execution teams with growth opportunities and strategic recommendations based on your analysis. + Assess our spend on retail media search to provide budgeting and bidding recommendations, particularly for smaller non-Amazon retailers, that will make our investments in retail media search more effective. + See opportunities for centralisation of processes that will reduce duplication of effort and provide time saving and additional expertise for the BU and regional teams. **Play your part in our team succeeding!** The Global Marketing Activation team is focused on the execution of digital campaigns across the online landscape, managing biddable media, programmatic buying & SEO tactics​ . This role will work with the eCommerce Centres of Excellence and Trade Marketing teams, we see opportunities to improve our products’ discoverability through retail media search. **Do you have what it takes?** + 3+ years of eCommerce marketing experience + Experienced working with retail media search buying platforms, i.e. Amazon Ads, Criteo + Familiarity with eCommerce technology platforms, such as Pacvue, Skai, eStore, CommerceIQ + Well-versed in handling and analysing marketing data + Comfortable navigating complex organisations, collaborating with partners in different roles across business and digital teams + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Organised and able to manage complex projects + Takes initiative, recognizes and acts on opportunities + Thrives and contributes best in a team setting **Additional details for candidates based in Boston:** + The salary for this position has a range of US$100k- US$140k based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer. + This position will initially be based at 10 St. James Ave. in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St. by mid-2025.
