Retail Media Sponsored Search, Senior Specialist
**DESCRIPTION** This is a **\#hybrid** position, on-site in Scottsdale, AZ; Seattle, WA; or Minneapolis, MN. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Retail Media Sponsored Ads, Senior Specialist** with **4-6 years of relevant experience** to join our team. A You will **develop** and **execute** strategies to drive sales and increase visibility, working closely with media agencies, client teams, retailer partners, and ad technology partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives, creating proposals and leading client meetings to understand their needs. Managing end-to-end sponsored ad product campaigns, including keyword research, budget allocation, and performance analysis, you will troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolutions. Additionally, you will optimize campaign performance through data and insights, conduct A/B testing, and monitor industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Expertise in retail media solutions and ad technologies will be essential as you adapt strategies based on advertiser needs and undertake responsibilities to support team and client success. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + **Retail Media Strategy:** + Develop and execute retail media strategies aligned with overall business goals, focusing on driving sales and increasing visibility. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media agencies, client teams, retailer partners, and ad technology partners. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand management, product, and integrated marketing to align advertising strategies with overall business objectives. + Create proposals and presentations to represent solutions designed around client goals. + Lead client meetings to understand client needs. + Be able to work independently and as a team to drive client success. + **Campaign Management:** + Manage end-to-end sponsored ad products campaigns for mid to top-tier clients, including keyword research, campaign setup, and performance analysis. + Manage ad budgets, including allocation of monthly budget and tactic-level budget optimizations. + Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges with campaigns, ensuring timely and effective resolution. + Aid in campaign billing by reviewing for accuracy. + Respond to ad-hoc report requests and customize client performance tracking. + Perform detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover new marketing opportunities. + Adheres to all processes associated with the role; recommends process streamlining / optimization. + **Optimization & Performance Monitoring:** + Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimize targeting, keywords, bids, and ad placements. + Support post-campaign analysis, providing recommendations to promote repeat business. + Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders and clients. + Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different advertising approaches to identify successful strategies. + Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling opportunities, inclusive of improvement and innovation, proactively implementing changes to drive performance and efficiency. + Monitor competitors' advertising strategies and industry trends, recommending adjustments to maintain a competitive advantage + **Industry Knowledge & Proficiency:** + Manage clients and brands across 3 or more retail media networks (Amazon, Walmart, Target/Roundel, Instacart) and associated ad technology (AMC, Criteo, Citrus Ads, Skai) and adapt recommendations based on advertiser needs. + Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt strategies; help develop competitive analysis as needed. + Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support team and client requirements. **QUALIFICATIONS** + At least 4 years of experience in managing retail media sponsored ads (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart) with a track record of achieving client objectives. + Proficiency in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition. + Experience or expert in ad technology that supports retail media solutions, such as Skai, Hellium10, Pacvue, Analytic Index, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and Intentwise) + An exceptional eye for detail, analytical and ability to solve problems given the fast-paced nature of our division, the aptitude to multitask. + Strong communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to operate in a client-facing role across diverse client groups. + An organized approach and a real team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves. + Command of essential Microsoft Office applications, and Excel with the ability to use formulas, functions, and pivot tables at an intermediate to advanced level. + Adept in project and campaign management across concurrent clients and campaigns. + Strong verbal and written communication + Comfortable leading and presenting recommendations to clients. + Ability to nurture collaborative relationships. + Ability to work and resolve issues cross-functionally. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent deadlines. + A collaborative and curious spirit **Work Environment and Physical Requirements** The work environment characteristics described are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
