Retail Network Contracts Analyst

Audit Dealer Contract Files: Assist the Retail Network Department in achieving objectives by processing transactions and reviewing Dealer Contract files with intense attention to detail and a meticulous approach.
Thoroughly review and process all completed transactions and contracts involving Sales & Service Agreements in a timely manner, while adhering to desk procedures and department policies.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with Retail Network Specialists, ensuring that any outstanding items, errors, or discrepancies in the file are promptly brought to their attention and corrected in a timely fashion.
Organize and maintain all dealership contract files in a neat and orderly manner, adhering to department and Company guidelines for document retention and storage.
Support Retail Network team by answering questions and providing guidance on transactions.
Maintain and update processes, policies, and procedures in the designated repository for Contract Analysts responsibilities.
Maintain and Enter Data into Databases: Diligently maintain and ensure accuracy of data entry into the Global Online Dealer Database (GOLDD) and the future Dealer Franchise Portal (DFP), including the creation of new dealership records and the updating of existing records.
Ensure all data entry is correct and complete, including ownership information, addresses, dates, phone numbers, zone codes, and other essential information.
Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to Retail Network department, including but not limited to sending new Dealer appointment documents, sending vendor documents, uploading documents, updating trackers, auditing databases, sending bi-monthly dealer change bulletins, and other administrative tasks.
Special Projects: Participate in special projects designed to drive efficiency, improve communications, and meet the Retail Network department goals and priorities.

REQUIRED:
Administrative or data entry experience Experience in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel Experience in a previous role requiring attention to detail and administrative tasks Strong command of the English language (speaking, writing, and reading comprehension)PREFERRED:
