The Operational Supervisor in the Retail Department is committed to providing Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service for our Guests and Team Members. This positions reports to the Managerial Supervisor

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Supervisor will be required to perform specific tasks and duties essential for continuous job success. The following are required for overall job performance

Oversee and supervise the daily operation of Retail location(s) at Six Flags Over Texas.Ability to supervise and positively interact with Team Members and Guests.Monitor and ensure full compliance of Cash Handling policies and proceduresMaintain the overall store appearance- including the visual presentation of the storeFocused on hitting daily per-capita and revenue targetsHandle daily orders, damages, and maintain product levelMaintain neat and organized location front and back areasUphold safety standards in the work placeProvide Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe service to our Guests and Team Members- ultimately provide the Best Shopping Experience for all of our GuestsAll other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenPossess strong leadership skills, self-motivator and a team player1-2 years experience in a Retail environmentAttention to detail is a must.Must be able to work outside and stand for 8 hoursMust be able to bend, stoop, and lift. May require the use of a ladder.Basic fundamentals of Point of Sale systems and Inventory tracking systemsAbility to work flexible scheduleMust be able to lift 15-20 lbs.
