HUGO BOSS Australia are looking for an experienced Coordinator to join our Retail Operations team based at our Support Office in Melbourne. The Retail Operations team are integral to enabling our stores to achieve sales and business KPIs through timely and effective support.

To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record in a high volume, fast paced environment providing administration support. Previous experience within the retail industry would be highly regarded. You will have sound written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Please note: This role is a Fixed Term role on a 12 month contract.
What you can expect:
This role will be responsible for:
\n\n\n\n\n\tRetail operations administration including management of the Retail Operations email account within agreed SLAs, running, devising and distributing business reporting and communication, revising, updating and advising of Store Operations policy and procedure, processing POS material, etc.\n\tCollaborating with Global Retail Operations to execute business directive and communication tools e.g. newsletters, policy & procedures, manuals, guidelines, training tools etc\n\tMaintaining, administering and troubleshooting retail systems including communication platforms, Customer Voice, StorIQ, MOCCA, POS system, etc.\n\tEnd to end management of the Global Team Wear (staff uniform) scheme\n\tDevising, monitoring, updating and communicating incentive programs to motivate our retail team and to drive sales\n\tUndertake retail specific projects as required\n\n\n

Key challenges of this role include:
\n\n\n\n\n\tBuilding and maintaining strong partnerships with retail teams and internal and external stakeholder locally and globally\n\tCoordinating all facets of the Retail Operations administration in line with required deadlines and changing business priorities\n\tBeing able to prioritise and manage workload within a fast paced, high volume environment\n
Your profile:
\n\tA minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role preferably within a retail environment \n\tA passion for and understanding of the retail industry. Flexibility in working arrangements may be required to support with peak trading periods (e.g. Boxing Day and Sale Periods) and key business projects and initiatives\n\tProven ability in driving accountability to meet deadlines and adhere to directive and company guidelines\n\tExceptional written and verbal communication skills \n\tOutstanding time management and organisation\n\tBe self motivated and possess the ability to work autonomously\n
