About this team

The operations (Ops) team is comprised of peeps that know a little bit about everything and a lot about most things within their lululemon market. Based  in market, our Operations team is an extension of our store teams. You are responsible for supporting cross-functional daily operations, solving complex problems, and developing new initiatives that support the demands of running a shop. Simply put, Ops is responsible for making the complex simple   for our store support centre and stores. 


A day in the life: 


Your primary objective will be to inspire, lead and drive efficiencies via operational support to our stores:


Responsible for program evolution and creation: cross functional alignment, decision making, leading change management within your market, writing communication, creating content (i.e. intranet youlu, FAQs, resources) implementation and follow up (quizzes , and surveys)Participate in cross-functional working groups to ensure that the needs of stores are considered and included in execution of any communication, project or initiative - provide options and impacts to cross functional stakeholder and decision makers with a clear recommendation - identifying areas for cross-functional collaboration and bringing the right people together to propel work forward Lead elements of the internal New Store Opening (NSO) Process in collaboration with the relevant store and Store Support Centre teamsEscalate and drive the solution of in the moment/urgent operational issues that impact stores Change management support for the retail network from our Store Support Centre departmentsDeliver new efficiencies and process optimization for the retail network Manage day to day programs within the region and in your marketIdentify and mitigate store-facing riskWork directly with regional sustainability team to execute local initiatives inclusive of reportingPresent in stores at least once a week


Qualifications:Preference of 1-2 years experience in store at key leader level.Preferred experience of leading the operations pillar in store.You are experienced with managing multiple projects at once. Project management is your best friend.You are an expert in enrollment, training and have a way of making the complex simple.You drive solutions and ideas that support us to be “best in the world” at guest experience and results.
