Liaise closely with Operations to ensure pick-up times are met, and all supplies are delivered on time\nCustomer Service
Liaise with customer service to resolve any customer issues that may arise\nFinance
Prepare cash reconciliations and ensure proper petty cash maintenance, remittance of collections\n\n

Process

\n\nCash Collection and Remittance
- Cash transaction processing and collection
- Bank remittance
- Conduct cash reconciliation reports and cash/credit card transactions of retail outlets in his designated area.
- Maintain Petty Cash Fund of designated service point and prepare reports for budgeting and tracking purposes.\nReporting and Data Handling
- Maintain Service Point cash shipment data
- Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between Service Point and Country Office
- Monitor outlet performance by using an outlet sales performance tracker\nOperational and Administrative
- Implement store hours that is most reflective of the needs of customers and ensure that this is consistently implemented in his given area
- Ensure that assigned outlets has proper supplies and marketing collaterals.
- Carry out any task that is required\n\n

Skills / Qualifications\n\nKey Capabilities\n\n\nExperience in the field of retail sales with demonstrated understanding of and exposure to all elements of the retail trade and outlet management\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTeam-player\nSales orientation\nStrong English (written and spoken) comprehension and communication skills are essential.\n\n\n\n\n\n

Expected Years of Experience

\n\n2 years experience in a sales function\nKnowledge and understanding of the retail trade from a service and sales perspective.\nExperience in manning a retail outlet is preferred\n\n\n
