The Retail Pharmacist provides established pharmaceutical services in the retail pharmacy.

 

Work Schedule: 

18 hrs. weekly / .45 FTE Monday through Friday 815-545

 

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree  Doctor of Pharmacy degree Registered Pharmacist with a current Wisconsin licensure

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of one year hospital and/or retail pharmacy experience
