Gundersen Health System, becoming Emplify Health, is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) retail Pharmacy Technician based out of and primarily working at our Winona Campus pharmacy.

This position will require floating to La Crosse/Onalaska/Holmen/West Salem pharmacy locations based on workload and volume within the Winona Campus pharmacy as we are planning for future growth.

What you’ll do:

Enjoy flexible scheduling options for day and evening shifts with rotating weekendsEnter prescription data, calculate dispensing quantities, prepare medication labels and fill prescriptions Compound non-sterile products and manage inventory needsPrepare prescriptions for delivery or shipmentAnswer the telephone and respond to patient inquiriesAssist with staffing at other Gundersen pharmacy locations as neededWhat you’ll get:Hourly wage: $18.31-$26.03 based on experience, plus extra for evening, weekend and holiday shifts!Reimbursed for millage for travel to any other pharmacy locations besides Winona Campus Pharmacy; all travel time to other pharmacy locations will be considered travel & will be compensated. This requires the completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program, or at least one year of pharmacy technician experience.
